Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
The visible search form asks for a first name, last name, and state. Its script redirects to the local report-builder page and includes those values in the URL query string. A browser sends that URL to the site's host, where ordinary server logging may capture it. The inspected front-end script does not make an official county, court, or sheriff query and does not itself send the fields to an external search API.
Messages and Contact Submissions
These pages do not include an email link, contact form, or account-registration field for messages to the site operator. If you contact a court, city, or other linked service, that exchange is governed by the recipient's systems and notice, not this page. Do not submit a person's warrant details to a channel unless you have verified who receives it.
Data We Gather Automatically
The hosting service may record technical details when a page is requested. Depending on its configuration, ordinary server logs can include:
- The requester's IP address and browser details
- The requested page path, including search URL parameters
- The time of the request and, where available, referral information
Cookies and External Assets
The reviewed page markup and search script do not set analytics cookies or include an analytics tag. Pages request font files from Google Fonts, so the browser contacts Google's font services to retrieve those assets. Hosting or later-added services may use their own technical storage; review the live site's behavior and the provider's notice if those elements change.
What We Do With This Data
- Delivering the requested pages and static files
- Opening the local report-builder route after a visitor submits its name and state fields
- Allowing the hosting service to handle technical delivery and security
- Providing links to official records custodians and outside services
No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host a Leon County warrant database or official court docket. Its pages describe public contact routes and procedures. Search form values appear in the report-builder URL, so they may be present in technical request records maintained by the site host. No official warrant determination is made by the form. A later outside report or offer may have separate collection and retention practices.
Third-Party Search Partners
The name form first opens the site's local report-builder page. If that page offers a separate outside report service and you choose to continue, the provider may receive information under its own terms and privacy notice. This site does not control that provider's collection, matching, retention, or fees. Review its notice before proceeding.
Links to Other Websites
Links point to county and city offices, court pages, Texas agencies, federal records systems, and outside providers. Following a link sends the browser to that destination; its operator's privacy practices then apply. The pages also load web fonts from Google Fonts. Check the destination's notice before providing information.
Who Might See Your Data
Data may be handled by the parties involved in delivering or using a page, including:
- The website host, through page and URL request logs
- Google's font services when the browser fetches fonts
- An outside report provider if you choose to continue from the report-builder page
- A government recipient when you follow an official link or when disclosure is legally required
How We Protect Your Data
The HTML and front-end script do not provide accounts or a site-side search history. Security and retention for server logs depend on the hosting service and its configuration, which are not specified in these pages. No internet transmission can be guaranteed secure; use official court channels for sensitive case questions.
Users Under 18
This reference site is not designed for children. The search form does not ask for a user's age, but a submitted name is placed in the report-builder URL. Do not enter a child's information into the search form. No account or child-specific profile is created by the front-end script.
Your Data Rights
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give covered consumers rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data and to opt out of certain processing, subject to the law's scope and exemptions. Whether it applies depends on the responsible entity and data handling. These pages do not publish a direct privacy-request form or operator email address. See the Texas Attorney General's privacy-rights information for the current law and complaint process.
- Ask the responsible controller whether it processes your personal data
- Ask that controller to correct or delete data where the law provides that right
- Request a portable copy where applicable
- Use any request or appeal method the responsible controller publishes
